You are my hero my loving brother Andrew

My brother Andrew committed suicide so I thought it would be nice to write a poem and wish one day that he would somehow read it

You are my hero ,
You will always
Be in my heart.

You are my hero ,
You have been
From the start.

You are my hero
And , now that you
Are gone it has
Caused me pain

And heart failure.

You are my hero
You are the best
I will miss you not
Calling out my name
Now that you are gone
Things will never be
The same.

I will miss our walks
Down to the park
Feeding the animals
And having a laugh.

Talking about one day

That I would have a good family of my own.

When you played the guitar

To clam me down and sing me love songs.

About a future that I would soon have.




When I was in your arms
I felt special and proud
That I had a brother so marvelous
And cuddly and I will miss
Not having you there to
wake me up early in the morning for school

And make me breakfast.

I still dream of all those

Memory’s we had together

Every long drive at night

Telling me I shouldn’t give up

On everything.

I can’t wait till one day
Our spirits and our souls
Will meet again in the
After life at least my heart
Won’t be broken forever.

You are my hero/ brother
And you will always
Be in my heart.
