You beautiful soul, you.
You speak so softly in my ear.
This love is so heavy on my chest
Darkness holds me silent still,
but this love is heavy on my chest.
Suffocation is no fear when I lay near
you. But this love is so heavy on my chest.
I am not afraid. I will not worry.
I will lay here silent still and only
my heart will beat.
Slowly though.
For if it moved too quickly the weight of
your love pressing down on my chest would
stop
my
breath.
