Writing takes you on a journey. Past the trees; on the wings of a blue bird. It takes you past the shiny jewelry. It takes you past the dance studio on the corner. Writing is the soul of the new bird. It takes you past the studio with the lone dancer.

Writing is the man in the coffee shop; sipping his morning cup. Writing is the photographer anxiously awaiting the colors of fall. It takes you farther than Europe. The joys of writing definitely are not small! Writing takes you to new heights.
It takes you higher than skydiving.
Writing takes you through each night.
Writing is better than a high five.

When you write, your soul soars.
You feel as joyful as dancers as they dance.
When you write, you feel your contours filled.
When you write, you take a chance.
You feel like the mathematician taking a new math problem on.
You feel like the batter as he eagerly takes his stance.
You feel as graceful as a swan.

I hope that this poem will inspire more people to write. I got the inspiration from my hobbies, and my various classes at school.

I loved the flow of this poem and the references to dancers and their grace and joy.
