The Night I Went Mad.

The smoke lingerd in my nose.
Empty bottles filled the floor.
Blurred vision and no sign of a door.
My anxiety rapidly rose.
They said, "Just do it"
I didn't put up a fight
I mean it is just one night.
Then I took the hit.
They laughed like it was a joke.
My so called friends
They were just pretend
Only happy while enjoying a smoke.
This isn't my place.
I should be home, asleep
But now I am in too deep.
My heart begins to race.
The night I had left me sad.
I don't feel right
It was my worst night.
The night I went mad.
