Cats the Sonnet MAG
So lithe, so nimble, so graceful are you.
Somehow, you're off the radar – like a spy.
So unexpected, no one ever knew
You could be so sneaky, so smart, so sly.
You shine so bright – no better yet: you glow
Like the moon and stars of a cloudless night.
Mysteriously, your beauty does show.
Those eyes – they almost create their own light.
Yet it's common for you to disappear;
One second you're here the next you are not,
Always missing when someone wants you near.
Is this all a part of your secret plot?
Keep in mind you are a cat, my shrewd friend.
I will remind you 'til the very end.
