In the writing titled "Creating a Culture of Consent" written by Gabriela L., Her writing about how rapists get away with  crime left me feeling disgusted.  I see this issue in the world almost every day.  It disgusts me to see terrible people get away with an action that is wrong and, not to mention, illegal.  Rape is such a common crime nowadays that it is overlooked or minimized.  Just because someone seems like a good person, does not mean they are, "Since you only sexually assuaulted someone for 20 minutes, you can return to your regular life now."  Brock Turner was released for good behavoir in jail.  He commited a vicious crime, and can still be very dangerous; "You are no longer a threat to society," the author sarcatically adds.  Brock Turner only spent three months in jail for a crime that ruined someone's life.  He deserves to be punished.
