“Today’s Loser” by Camryn B. is about the damage that social media has done to teens all around the world. Those who aren't popular, don't have over 1000 followers on Instagram, or over 20,000 points on Snapchat, are considered losers. Teens are so accustomed to judging people based on their status on social media. This, although we may not notice, is wrong.
    

We cannot tell someone whether or not they are a “loser” based on their cover. If we don't know someone outside of the lens of a camera, they are simply just a stranger to us. We don't have to call them a “loser” because they only have 200 followers. Life isn't just based on what we post. We weren't brought into the Earth because of that.
    
Let's all be losers.
