Throughout our lives we are constantly told words will never hurt us, but in reality woords are the deadliest weapon. People call you ugly, fat, skinny and smart no matter what the label is it hurts. We are put in groups and if we don't keep up we dissapoint people. Most of us keep our heads down, careful not to slip up. Scared as to what would happen if we asked for help. The words hit us like boulders and nobody is aroundto help us lift it off. The tears we cry are invisible. The only ones who seem to notice don't care or don't have time. The fear of speaking grows. You find yourself contemplating suicide. Is all this pain worth it? You ask yourself daily. And nobody notices until it's to late. You are gone, dead, the ones who yelled in your face at school are murderers. Sticks and stones may break ourbones but words will ALWAYS hurt us.

I hope people see it is okay to ask for help and we don't lose more kids to suicide.
