So I have this giant presentation coming up tomorrow, and I'm absolutely terrified of public speaking. Even just practicing in front of the class I got really sweaty, my head felt like it was on fire, and my heart rate went way up. I also tend to speak really fast and stumble over my words. Does anyone have any tips for me?

concentrate on your breathing. Look above everyone's heads and wear a 'confidence outfit' something that makes you feel fierce and bad@ss. Rehearse in front of a mirror and make sure you know your lines. Also, have chocolate on hand for afterwards. You're gonna do GREAT!

Practice and Practice. There are classes like Theater that helps with your public speaking. The key is gto speak clearly and if you make a mistake, ignore it or shortly apologize for it, and continue on. You could get prepare for your speech by reciting it so that you won't have to look at the paper to say your speech all the time.
