Yes this is a story building thread. Self explanatory.
"So what exactly are you going to do?" My friend came up to my side to see what I was looking at.

I was at the locker of my crush. "Dude, I am going to ask her out today, I know it" I said while waiting for her to come to school.

My friend laughed. "You can't be serious. You've never had the guts to ask anyone out in your whole life!"
I glared at him. "Okay, that's valid, but I'm honestly going to do it this time!"

"Here she comes" My friend says still laughing. I was so nervous I couldn't even talk. She started to stare "Are you ok?"

"I uhh, I uhh," I stammered. "I guess so? Wait! No, that's not what I wanted to say! I am okay! Just, stammering, obviously."
"Um, okay," she said, and walked away.
"What was that?!" my friend said loudly, exasperated. "That was not how you ask a girl out!"

"Well let's see you do any better" I sadly replied. My friend had a spark in his eye. I knew he was ready for that reply. "Ok" My friend said all jumpy. "You see that girl with the brown curly hair, i'm gonna ask her out.

The girl with the curly brown hair in question was Martha Harrington, a girl who sat behind me in Science.
"There is no way Martha Harrington would go out with you," I said.
"Yeah, well, there was no way Charlie Jensen was going to go out with you, so..." Charlie had been the girl I had attempted at asking out.

"How are you even going to ask her out?" I said knowing she will say no to him. Martha was the most popular girl in our school and she only dated the jocks." Watch this" my friend said.

My friend, with a glint in his eye that said he had an idea, dug through his backpack, until he pulled out a stack of brightly colored paper.
"Why do you even have that in there?" I asked.
My friend shrugged. "Desprate times call for desprate measures."
"Since when is construction paper 'desprate measures?!'"

My friend looked at me."Just watch and learn." he told me. He grabbed some scissors out of his bag and started cutting, then he stopped."ok" my friend said"i'm done." I looked at it for a moment trying to wrap my head around it."What is that?" I said.

He looked hurt. "It's a heart!" Using a permanent marker, he scribbled on it: "Martha Harrington, go out with me?"
He stood up, waltzed over to Martha, and knelt on one knee, and offered up the heart to her. She took it, and read it. She laughed, and my friend got to his feet.
