I need help with a new suspense/horror I've been working on.

I don't know how to begin this story well enough to work up to the murders and such.

It's about two sisters who live with each other, one of which committed suicide after giving up her child. the other then becomes revenge stricken and has begun hunting down the father of the child, killing anyone that stands in her way. she leaves a note next to her kill, signed "broken sister"

I know the plot and the rising action, I just can't form the exposition.

I'd start asking questions around her sister giving up her child and committing suicide. How'd she kill herself? When? What happened to the child? Then you could answer these questions in the exposition.
Idk if that helps
