Well they actually are real gummies. But i had them on a light box and rearranged them to look like this. Well as for the meaning, tribal justice is basically like the saying, "an eye for an eye." So these gummies are performing a sort of tribal justice against the one red gummie that's lying on its back. That's why they're all surrounding him, see?
