Also there is a lack of elongation of the arms, and the neck. The facial bone structure is also not noticeable because of the pose

I agree with the earlier comments. The face is very blank. It seems as if she is just squinting her eyes. This picture would definitely not be featured in a high fashion magazine. I also agree with the hand placement. The pose is very awkward.

I disagree. I think the expression speaks very loudly. There is strong sense of emotion here I can relate to. It's also very similar to paintings from an earlier era. Very well done.
