This was taken during a hard time in my life. My grandfather had just passed away and I had lost my first boyfriend. Life seemed impossible to bear back then.

This is a beautiful piece. It's overall gloomy appearance and sharp outlines makes it very haunting. Not to mention, that single sentence in there is very sad although true.
