Carnegie Mellon's Pre-College

For over 100 years, Carnegie Mellon has offered students unique and hands-on educational summer programs from the fine arts to technology and everything in between. Through Carnegie Mellon's Pre-College Programs, rising juniors and seniors in high school have the opportunity to experience a world-class education on a beautiful, vibrant college campus in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our programs will prepare you for the college experience, help you narrow your career focus, and build critical knowledge and skills.

But it’s much more than the classroom experience! Outside of the classroom, students live the ‘college life’ with access to all campus resources, Pre-College extracurricular activities both on and off campus, and residential life in our undergraduate dorms that house Pre-College students only. You will be immersed in both the in-class and out-of-class experience.

Our programs include Architecture, Art, Design, Drama, Music, Writing & Culture, and many more! Join us for the summer of a lifetime! Learn more at cmu.edu/pre-college.
