A friend of mine has an addiction. It’s not your usual addictions either. Such as the following: drugs, sex, alcohol. It is an addiction to a television show. Some people might be thinking that happens a lot. Well it’s nothing like it is in this case. He got hooked so bad his mom grounded him from his room! Now you're probably wondering how this can happen, it’s just a television show. So in this review I hope to tell how this happens. So obviously this is a great show, but I’ll also tell you some of it’s few flaws. I’ll also tell about it’s characters, the plot, why it’s worth watching, and it’s flaws. The characters in this show have many flaws.

I’ll start off telling about these hilarious and interesting characters. The first character, is Eric Foreman, played by actor Topher Grace. He is your average wise guy. He always talks back to his dad which is Red Foreman. Eric is smart, funny, but also quite lazy. He’s really a great addition to this show. Another important character is Michael Kelso, who is acted by Ashton Kutcher. Kelso is really quite dumb. He loves girls, which causes him to do some really funny stuff. He is a perfect fit in their gang. Next I’ll talk about Fez he was a foreign exchange student in the show. His character is played by Wilmer Valderrama.  He doesn’t quite get America yet. So the gang picks on him a lot. He seems to like it though, because he decided to just stay here. Now I’ll talk about Hide he is a very troublesome boy. Hide is played by Danny Masterson. Eric and his family took him in and they became very close friends. Which is kind of the meaning of the show.

Now I’ll talk about a plot. As far as the actual plot goes it’s what an average small town teenager did in the 70’s. It’s really the moral of the show people should care about. I think it’s if a person has good friends they have a good life. I say this because in this show every time their friends are down they help each other back up. In different ways, funny or serious.

People should watch this show because it’s got a mix of every genres. Also you watch it and get hooked. I think that’s why everybody gets hooked.  You can being crying and laughing at the same time. It also teaches the watchers good lessons on how to handle relationship with friends, family, and significant others. They also teach some bad things in this show too, it’s a big flaw. In some people’s minds.

I’d be lying if I said this show was perfect. This show has flaws. One for example is it can get repetitive. I say this because this show has the same setting just about every single episode. Some people find that boring, then this probably isn’t their show. Another one is they make sexual relations seem like they solve everything. Some people would find that annoying. If the watchers don’t mind those things then they’ll love this show.

So now I’ve stated this shows characters, it’s plot, flaws, and why you people watch it. I hope this essay cleared up That 70’s Show’s good sides and bad sides. I think everyone should give this show a chance. So that’s how my friend getting grounded and telling me to watch it made this essay. This was as an essay on not a perfect show but a great show in it’s own
