Take me As I Am - James Labrie of Dream Theater

Only Iron Maiden fans can tell you truely how great sounding this really is. Being their last 80's album the ended off the decade with a bang.

Seventh Son is a concept album that tells the story of the Seventh Son born with a godly power and has his life told as a child mostly and then in The Clarvoint and Only The Good Die Young, as an adult when he is ruling his kingdom. A wonderful little story and something that only geniuses can come up with. This is showing off their progressive side a bit more utilizing anything from 4 minutes to 10 minutes. A masterful album as well. With tracks like The Clarvoint, Can I Play With Madness, the Title Track and Moonchild, what can go wrong. Granted it isn't my favorite Iron Maiden album, that would be Brave New World, I see nothing wrong with this release and it will stand as an untimely classic for the ages. Now if they just get off their butts and release a new album that would be great in 2015.

Death To All But Metal, and Concept Albums. 10/10
