HIM has a sound light enough for mothers, yet heavy enough to get you through that one night when the world is crashing down.

Their lyrics center on love. Love found, love lost. Love longing to thrive.

But recently, they released a song, "The Kiss of Dawn" Dealing with a harder issue. Suicide.

When I first heard it, I thought it was a light metal song I could listen to for hours on end.

But, when you listen closly, you hear the pain, the longing, and the hardship in lead singer Ville Valo's voice.

Many deal with losing loved ones this hard way, Artists included.

HIM's latest single just goes to show anyone can do their part, and help stop innocent deaths, and they can do it well.

HIM deserves recognition for their diverse sounds, but let us now give them praise for the subtle yet powerful way they are heling many.

Let's just hope they continue their good work, because I have a feeling it can only get better!
