Captain America the winter soldier

Captain America the Winter Soldier is a brand new movie made by the company Marvel. Marvel makes a lot of superhero based movies like Thor and Ironman so most of their movie genres are action. Action is very popular in our society because it gets us away from the boring hum-drum of everyday life. Action fills us with adrenaline and a sense of awe which makes us feel good and like we are capable of accomplishing anything. Think about which one sounds more exciting sitting in a wooden chair, or jumping out of an exploding spaceship that’s 3000ft in the air while enemies shot at you from all around. I think the second one sounds a lot more exciting.

This film has a great spot in the action genre because it has massive amount of action in it. Captain America the Winter Soldier is roughly a 160 minute (two hours and forty minutes) movie and not a single minute of it is boring. During this movie we are introduced to a lot of interesting things including a very big surprise twist which I will explain down below and not a moment is without its suspense. In Captain America the Winter Soldier I would say roughly 120-130 minutes of it was nothing but action which for us action loves is perfect although I know some people are not into that kind of thing.

Captain America the Winter Soldier starts off like most movies were we get reintroduced to the main characters right off the bat. The movie starts with Steve Rodgers (AKA Captain America) running laps around a park in Washington D.C. it is during this time when we are also introduced to a new person who later becomes a valuable ally to Steve. Soon after this Captain America is whisked away on a missing to rescue a Shield ship that was hijacked in the Indian Ocean. During this time Black Widow is downloading top secret information that later leads to the death of Nick Fury. Later in the movie Nick Fury is driving down the street when he is attacked by the Winter Soldier and narrowly escapes with his life. Steve comes home to his apartment later were he finds a blood and beaten Nick Fury who tells Steve to trust no one. Seconds after that Nick is shot three times by a sniper and is rushed to the hospital where he dies.

This is a great movie because it is filled with lots of action and is funny. Near the end of this movie Steve fight’s the Winter Soldier on a helicarrier that is about to crash. Steve tells the Winter Soldier that his name is Bucky and they are friends and then Steve falls into the water and Bucky saves him. This is a really good movie and everyone should see it.

Winter Soldier Marvel answers back with another fantastic action filled movie that will soon be the best movie in America.  In Captain America The Winter Soldier, the director uses deception, action, and many of plot twists to make this the best Marvel movie yet.  This movie has a big dude wearing blue attire smacking bad guys with his American shield and saving the day.  The movie starts off immediately after the Avengers, as Steve Rogers works for Shield as a special force man, but as he learned from Tony Stark he questions and looses trust in Shield throughout the movie.  Captain America is also trying to learn to live and cope with the new ways and culture of the 21st century, but it is hard for him due to lack of time as he serves the country.  The plot is fast moving and always has the audience on their toes as the movie undergoes multiple twist and exciting fight scenes.  The movie gets you thinking one thing when the exact opposite happens, which kept the audience from keeping their eyes of the screen.  Another feature that makes this movie stand out is the incredible acting performance by Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, and new member Anthony Mackie who make the movie flow and seem believable.  I do not want to give anything away about the villains in this movie because it ties in to the secret of not knowing who the Winter Soldier is, but the actor who plays this soldier does nothing less then phenomenal.  The Winter Soldier is a brainwashed and highly trained assassin and does not have much more depth then that.  This assassin however, plays a key role in the plot, as you will find out when you watch this movie. The Soldier makes an equal foe to Captain America, because he possess the same strength, quickness and agility, and a robotic mechanical arm that is his most used weapon.  This assassin’s most powerful attribute though, is his history with Captain America as he haunts Steve Rogers making it hard for our hero to fight him.  They don’t make this superhero movie seem cheesy and plain.  The only problem I personally had with the actors is when Chris Evans would do a serious part he would still seem like that nice kid from Brooklyn rather than a ruthless super soldier fighting for America.  In my opinion, you do not go see Captain American for a great script and dialogue, you go to watch Steve Rogers knock some bad dudes with is awesome shield and powers.  Captain’s best fights are against his new nemesis the metal-armed man, who is practically and even match for Steve Rogers.  They fight with great destruction, due to the invincible shield and super powered robot arm and destroy all objects around them.  Not only does Captain meet his archenemy he also meets his best friend Falcon.  An ex-marine that has rocket-powered wings and crazy awesome machine guns!!  The Falcon meets Steve Rogers early in the movie while on a morning jog through Washington DC, and instantly the audience can tell that they have a friendly bond.  As well as the beautiful Black Widow who tries to get Rogers to ask a girl out on date and try to live a more normal life in this new century.  Black Widow is one of Captain America’s only friends as she sticks with him throughout the whole movie, through bad and good.  Captain America often questions her loyalty because of his lack of trust in Shield in general, but after many times prove wrong he learns to trust and become friends with Natasha Romanoff.  This movie is the best Marvel has done yet, they have fantastic actors and actresses, great non-stop action, and it does not contain all the seriousness some action movies contain, the movie can draw the attention of the younger audience through humor and simple plot.  If you like superhero movies with a lot of action and less talking this is the movie to see, but if you are more on story and want to see outstanding dialogue then this is not the movie for you.  I personally love this move and think it to be 100 times better than the first!  In my opinion I feel that the first superhero movie is nothing compared to the first, I feel this because the first is usually a set up and has to focus more on teaching the audience, but the second movie is more on quality and a movie to entertain the audience.  I say go see this movie, I say this because has a ton of action, it has humor, and the story and plot is very fast moving with a curveball twist.
