Dan Brown’s thrilling novel, The DaVinci Code, is a book that not only satisfied my taste for adventure, but also provided non-stop, interesting information. In this novel, Harvard professor Robert Langdon is in Paris on business when he gets a surprising visit from the French Police. The curator of the Louvre Museum, who Langdon was intending to meet, was murdered. The journey to find the truth to what happened to the man, and why, hurtles Langdon down a dangerous path of police chases, symbols and codes! This book is a must read but, if you intend on reading it you must approach it with an open mind and remember that, though it gives real facts, it is a fictional story. It gives non-stop information on symbols, codes, art, history and The Catholic Church. I guarantee that after you read this story you will be seeing symbols and codes everywhere you look!
