Sometimes cheerleading is hard, but it's fun.
Especially if you are thrown up high.
But cheerleasding is not for everyone,
And some feel like they are going to die.
Running and doing flips are hard to do.
You have to stretch to make your jumps the best.
So practicing is the best thing to do,
But if your hurt you need to take a rest.
In cheerleading if you mess up you run,
And when you run you start to lose your breath,
So don't mess up so that you can be done,
And also so you do not feel like death.
Some people do not think cheer is a sport,
But not to the cheerleaders on the court.
