The world is full of magical things patiently waiting for our wits to grow sharper.

Your fuse is short
your temper frayed
when you get mad
we’re all afraid
you’re not polite
somewhat uncouth
and face it dear
beyond on your youth
a stunning looker
you are not
you graceless act
the drunken sot
and yet despite
these many flaws
I’m forever simply yours

I was in class and we were meant to be studying Shakespeare's sonnet 130. Instead I ended up scribbling this in the back of my book.

"The shorter it is, the more well said it is."

This is good; I dig it. But you should work on the punctuation that comes after a line like a: comma, semicolon, period, ect.
