Nature's Whisper

Glimmering song travels through all
A shushing wind carries it above and
Below, around, sounding its call
Engraves its self in a vast sea of sand
Roses tip their heads up to the night
Shining eyes show the presence of cats
Birds flap their wings in lazy flight
Snakes attendance of the marshy mats
So far away and yet never so far
Shiny dots shine around the round whole
Eternally smiling is sweet star
Underground tunnels are those of the mole
And all earth trembles as it gives a yawn
So everlasting prehistoric dawn
