Love's sorrows and joys

I’m sorry for those who see love as a lost cause,
I feel their grief when they cry,
I see their sadness when this “game” they lose,
But they never give up and always try.
I, don’t need to try and work at it
Because even if you don’t have a clue
About how much around you I orbit,
I know there will always be me and you.
Me and you so different from each other,
You and me so similar at the same time,
Together we make something else rather
Together we are one and peacefully chime:
Love is like sweet honey melting on my tongue,
Because you and I will forever be young.
