Another minute… hour… day…
And time is slowly passing away.
We’re spending time like currency,
With far too little courtesy
And when we cry, “I need more time!”,
It’s then we find that it flies by.
When we decide that time should end,
Something shows us what to mend.
Another week… a month… a year…
And everyone is having fear.
Times don’t change, but people do.
And time is what changes me and you
Whether we recognize our strengths and faults
Decides our patience through it all.
