So far away from where you really are
I’m missing the years that were erased
Standing all alone underneath the stars
Wishing it see that beautiful face
Dreading not being there more than I was
Helping you when you really needed me
I wish I could have put my life on pause
Because you were everything to me
Holding your hand while wiping your tears
Watching you smile throughout all the pain
Carefully fighting away all your fears
And still keeping me completely sane
Don’t worry… nothing will be a bother
Rest In Peace My Beautiful Mother

This piece of poetry is about my mother who fought the battle of cervical cancer for two years. Unfortunately, her body gave in. Rest In Peace My Dear<3
