As a couple, they wed,
Forever one, bound at heart.
Down the aisle they’re led,
Until death do them part.

As a country we abide,
In peace and prosperous will,
And fight side by side,
Until death makes us still.

As a world we all come,
As brothers in hand,
The song we all strum,
Until death we still stand.

Through turmoil and trial,
Through war and through peace,
As kin fight and beguile,
As they plot and break ease.

They come one by one,
And sing, none alone.
The hymn we all know,
The lull of our home.
