I think of my life; times happy and sad
And i think of those who have pushed me through
I think of the loved ones that I have had
But deep inside I am thinking of you

My mind runs wild within the thoughts of our dreams
That our love will see us through to the end
We will be together, although it seems
that it could not work, our hearts will not mend

But were too far apart, we will not be
The life we won't share, too much in the way
But a life without you, I can not see
I'm choked up inside, have nothing to say

I am sure of the emotions I feel
And then I wake up, my dream was not real
