I stand on the edge ready to jump in
Feel the goose bumps tingling in my spine
Breathe in that air that can make my head spin
I take the final breath that takes my mind
Off I go into the shallow water
Of my mind, it takes me someplace I fear
But fear only pushes to go farther
And there is nothing else left that I hear
Nothing else but this can take me away
Nothing takes me to this integral state
I try to find something, but all is gray
Throughout the days, I find unneeded weight
And then I drink in that sweet air again
Taking me somewhere I have always been
