Floating either above or far below
Swimming freely in an invisible sea
Gathering height and then dropping down low
Graceful at all times, fluid as can be
Surrounded by a space so very vast
Exploring depths humans alone can’t reach
A creature known from the long ancient past
Ranging in all colors from blue to peach
Their movement is easy, always so swift
Coming from all over, oceans divide
Blessed by God with an unusual gift
Their lives always dependent on the tide

The majestic birds swooping and soaring
Admire their freedom, never boring

Wow! great job, you should write more. What's the trick to writing a good sonnet because I haven't written one before ,but I have to write one for my english class in a project called Project portfolio?! Awesome... I loved the descriptions, and the message. The message was freedom to live your life, just like birds right?

hey everyone, it would be really helpful if you commented and said what you thought of this because I shared it with my class and no one understood it, and I have to submit it as an assignment. All comments appreciated! Thanks!
