Bridge of lies

you looked sturdy from a distance
durable wood that crossed my path
i choose to take you
i could have gone another rought
but i didnt.
once amoung your false path
i saw to see you wherer brital
weak
not what i expected
but yet you where the only thing i had to hold on to
the only gasp of breath
what keep me alive
i guess this bridge couldn't hold me .
but soon there will be a rescue team
here at last to take me from what was of this past
