Well, I must say I love your poem! I've lived in NY my whole life and you've captured this NY spirit so wonderfully.

I LOVE this! It makes me want to just spend a day in New York and people watch and observe everything.

I Love New York City :D

While I was reading this poem, I could easily picture New York City, even without reading the title. I was impressed by how well you described what you see, or even think of, when you are in New York, or just hearing of the place. When you said "Watching the statue in the bay," I pictured someone sitting on a park bench in New York, just staring at the Statue of Liberty as the sun sets.
