The moist twigs shed tears under the morning light,
And, so do the untouched petals of the graying clouds.
Amidst the darkness warring, not a moment too soon,
Slowly, I watched it bloom.

Birds, oh, voices dipped in golden honey
Freshly cooked in the mazed pot by the solemn busy bees.
Waiting impatiently is one tedious worker, rounding his moon;
With glory, I watched it bloom.

Breathing lungfuls of the greenery and its comrades,
Stand the young grass, dreaming high through life.
The winds of love lend the thoughts all a safe dome;
Smiling, I watched it bloom.

The chills of breeze tune fine music into the bamboos,
And, agile leaves dance in rhythmic moves to ignite
The flicker of candledrop locked in the sky’s room;
Hoping, I watched it bloom.

The merriest waves play to infinity in the silver-lined lake;
My lone fingers yearning for the playfulness of the water.
In all the mesmerizing fantasy,
The white flower as soft as a baby,
Eyes closing, I watched it bloom.

A beautiful and natural piece.
