I saw you that first time standing alone

I was new to the crowed and a little bit scared

I always felt that if my life was flooded you'd just let me drown

11 months went by so fast

So happy, smiling, laughing, it's hard to believe that's the past

I try to hide my feelings towards you, believe me I try

But to see you look at her like you looked at me I can't help but cry

I keep myself busy with the things that I do

But everytime I pause I still think of you

I could fill a thousand pages telling you how I felt and you still wouldn't understand

So now I leave without a sound

Except my heart as it shatters on the ground

I miss you a little I guess you could say

A little too much

A little too often

And a little more everyday
