At the beginning the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

You and me
Against the world
That's always been the plan
We've known since we were just sixteen
Let me take your hand

Two one way tickets out of here
Where were going we don't know
But it doesn't really matter
Were just in it for the show
All just tiny people going through the motions of our lives
But I've got you and you've got me
So it'll be alright

This tiny town is so messed up
Everyone's the same
Eighteen years
We Wasted here
And no one knows our names

But it's You and me
Against the world
That's always been the plan
We've known since we were just sixteen
Let me take your hand

We've got big dreams and your old truck
What could possible go wrong
Weve got a little money
But it won't last for long
But we don't care
Well work late shifts
And live life to the max
it's a whole new world for you ad me
And there's no turning back

The author's comments:
Inspired by my desire to get out of the tiny town I've grown up in, see the world and be free. I want to live life to the fullest and express myself as an individual and those desires are reflected in these lyrics.

Amazing song! I understand what it's like to need to break free of something, someplace, and I really see your thoughts and feelings reflected in the lyrics. Good job.
