We cannot learn without pain

It's days like this I wish that I, wish that I had brought a gun,
It's days like this I wish that I, wish that I could duck and run,
Every one I have chanced upon, resents me in some way,
Or turns their back and leaves me cold and it's too much of me to take!

Do you really think that I need a shrink because of how I feel or speak?
The hinges I do, the things I say, they all think I'm a freak,
I've been called a ghost and frowned upon,
but do you think I ever weep?
I've been cheated, lied and crucified and it hurts for me to sleep!

It's days like this I really wish, wish that I could just be free,
It's times like this that make it so, difficult to be
I'm hated, cursed and called the worst just for trying to be me,
A slap to the face, a spit in the eyes, makes it hard to see or breathe,

When you've been kicked down and thrown around,
It makes it hard to stay strong,
My whole life I've fought for life, and told that I am wrong,
I'm broken, beaten, god forsaken, do you think I really care?
I thought I'd told you this before, life is never fair!

It's days like this I wish that I, wish that I had brought a knife,
It's days like this I wish that I, wish that I could change my life...

I wrote this when I was in a bad mood. And I want people to take to mind, this is all actually happened to me. I dug real deep with his one. It's angry, I know that, but I hope you like it.
