In the heavens
They hang by twine
Untouched by human hands
Only human minds
When one cord breaks
And they fall to earth
Instead of morning
Wish for rebirth
Humans often repeat
‘I wish I may, I wish I might’
On and on
throughout the night
Burning forever
Like a indefinite cigar
These nighttime spheres
Are also called stars
