Haven't seen my family in 68 days
they're right when they say crime doesn't pay
I don't even know what to say
because ever time i write
I cry and the longer I'm here I lose the light
my sight, it's getting fixed on freedom.
Can't help but wonder if my family will be happy when I see them.
I miss my father.
Does he realize I love him?

This poem was just one of the many i wrote while incarerated. I was going through a hard time in my life but while i was there i realized i wanted better than that and decided to put my talents to good use. Thank you for reading.
