It's just another chapter in the book, just turn the page and keep writing.

Haven't seen my family in 68 days
they're right when they say crime doesn't pay
I don't even know what to say
because ever time i write
I cry and the longer I'm here I lose the light
my sight, it's getting fixed on freedom.
Can't help but wonder if my family will be happy when I see them.
I miss my father.
Does he realize I love him?

This poem was just one of the many i wrote while incarerated. I was going through a hard time in my life but while i was there i realized i wanted better than that and decided to put my talents to good use. Thank you for reading.

To be nobody but yourself, in a world which is doing its best day and night to make you anyone else, means fighting the hardest battle which any human being can ever fight...And never stop fighting.

Beautiful. Really, that was amazing.
