better or worse
what if i loose sleep at night
'cause i was scared you wouldnt be alright
would it matter, to you?
what if i diddnt start this fight
'cause i knew we wouldnt sleep tonight
would it matter, to you?
what if i changed who i am?
made me easier to understand
would it matter, to you?
what matters to me, is that you see, that im not trying to be, better for worse. what matters to me, is everything i need to see, and everything i will be. if it means better not worse. what matters to me.
what if we sat down today
so i could show you things i could not say
would it matter, to you?
what if we knew what was in our way
would you stay and help me fix it today
or would it matter, to you?
what if i wasnt so hard and hollow
would you be alright tomorrow
or does that matter, to you?
