Devil In Disguise

Verse 1
She's a red horned angel,
that wants your love and desire.
She's a speeding bullet,
got you in the crossfire.
It feels so right,
but you know it's so wrong.
You'll fall in her game,
and she'll string you along.

Chorus
You've fallen into her web,
now do as you're told.
She fills you with promises,
of growing old.
It's in that moment you realize,
she's a devil in disguise.

Verse 2
You're needing her now,
so give her that call.
She won't help you,
grab you when you fall.
She's like a horrible disease,
always burning on your mind.
You're begging for help,
but helps so hard to find.
She's had her fun,
left you so upset.
Except your fate,
you've now become her pet.

Chorus
You've fallen into her web,
now do as you're told.
She fills you with promises,
of growing old.
It's in that moment you realize,
she's a devil in disguise.

Bridge
Now she's got you on your knee's
begging for mercy.
You're under her command,
for all eternity.
You know the choice you made,
now there's no time to dwell.
So grab her by the hand,
and she'll drag you down to he**.

Chorus
You've fallen into her web,
now do as you're told.
She fills you with promises,
of growing old.
It's in that moment you realize,
she's a devil in disguise.

Very cool imagery. The overall poem was good, and the mood was very light. Good job!

This is really good, just like all your other stuff. :) Although it is beyond idiotic that the editors censored out "he.ll." Really, TeenInk? Really?
