"There is so much scope for the imagination."~Anne Shirley from "Anne of Green Gables" by L.M. Montgomery

Snow has fallen, clean and white
It washes out the ugly bad
It gently blankets broken trees
It loves its branches for what they have
It makes them beautiful
When they were bare before
It clutches to the earth with love
It's always cold, but pure

I think that maybe God knows best
I think he maybe has a plan
I think he makes us wait and rest
And lets us fall so we can stand

He makes us beautiful
When we were bare before
He cleans our souls and warms our eyes
And in His love we're pure

I think that He knows who you are
I think He knows how you will stand
I think that when you feel afraid
He'll be close by to hold your hand

And when that day arrives
When we see face to face
I think that all this mess
Will fall right into place

Snow has fallen, clean and white
It washes out the ugly bad
It gently blankets broken trees
It loves its branches for what they have

It makes them beautiful
When they were bare before
It clutches to the earth with love
It's always cold, but pure

I think that He knows who I am
I think He knows how I will stand
I think that when I feel afraid
He'll be close by
