Footprints in the sand
Will wash away with time
But my love for you is everlasting
Even at high tide

When the water gets rough
You know I’ll always be there
To hold you up
And remind you of the treasure that we share

When the seaweed grabs your leg
And pulls you down and down
I’ll give you my hand to help you surface
Get your feet back on the ground

My love for you’s as wide as the ocean
Endless as the sea
And I hope that that’s the way that your
Love is for me

Deep as a valley
Strong as a rock
Tall as a mountain
Closed with a lock

Always we are
Joined together
Our hearts they are
Joined forever

Some love is like footprints
Left on the beach at noon
But our love is like the footprints
Left upon the moon

I really liked this. The comparisions were really pretty. I think that maybe you should make it a little deeper though. Add some lyrics that are more expressive, otherwise it kind of looses the focus to where im thinking about nature instead of your relationship.
