Reading without my glasses tonight,
Loving without my heart right now.
Pushing my mind on and on.
Going straight from the start.

And now what have you learned?
Did you stop believing in yourself?

Show what you know.
Know what you've got.
Stop thinking,
"all the rage."
And start doing what you,
think is strange.

And while your mind is doing,
what is true.
Secretly,
it's lying to you.

Doing good but not good enough.
Thinking without much thought again.
Speaking before you can even shut up.
Doing bad isn't such a sin.

And now what have you learned?
Did you stop believing in yourself?

Show what you know.
Know what you've got.
Stop thinking,
"all the rage."
And start doing what you,
think is strange.

And while your mind is doing,
what is true.
Secretly,
it's lying to you.

Perfection isn't afraid of the silence.
But you sure are looking scared right now.

Show what you know.

Know what you've got.

Stop thinking "all the rage."

Start doing what's strange.

Your mind is doing true.

But now it's lying to you.

Basically this means that you shouldn't necessarily do what you think might be trouble, but you should at least consider it to some degree, because the choice is yours. In other words, if it looks bad, it's probably bad.
