Someone once told me to spread my wings and fly away
no matter what anyone else had to say.
It's my life,
My time to shine.
Nobody can take that away.
Someone once told me so many wonderful things.
then i told 'em i dont have any wings.
While lying awake in bed,
Dream 'em up in your head,
You can make them so much more.
Go through that open door,
Be ready for a surprise
Just go along for the ride.
Someone once told me there's somewhere everyone belongs.
No matter how long it takes to find,
You gotta stay strong.
