I have nothing for you
That you can't give yourself
But I do have a certain
Power
That I want to use on you

I want to make you happy
I want to make you see the sky
I want you to live
I don't want you to cry

My heart is beating
At the various rates you'd expect
But what you don't hear
Is how it aches
To see your true smile

I want to make you happy
I want to make you see the sky
I want you to live
I don't want you to cry

You need to understand
That I'll be there for you
For any reason you can discover
I am making you my priority
Even though I may be just an option

I want to make you happy
I want to make you see the sky
I want you to live
I don't want you to cry

You know I do this for you
Because of an inexplicable reason
But what you may not know
Is that in the end
It makes me happy as well

I want to make you happy
I want to make you see the sky
I want you to live
I don't want you to cry

We can be happy
If you just open yourself
To the simple beauty
Of this little hypocritical world

"Do feel all the love
like it was made for you?"
