At Night These Streets are Mine
November 15, 2009
and then at night, i own these streets,
at night these streets are mine.
at night there are no cars
to say i cannot drive.
within the wraps of darkness came
a freedom so sincere,
within the wraps of darkness came
a word i couldn't hear.
so when at night, you're on these streets,
out driving past your time,
abandon ship, you Wagon Wheel,
you know these streets are mine.
