Favorite Quote:
"There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep Sea, and music in its roar:
I love not Man the less, but Nature more."
-Lord Byron

I'm hard and I'm cold and I act indifferent.

I lock it away, 'cause I don't want to face it all.

But still, I cry.

Why can't it be a battle cry?

I want you, I need you, it's all so easy.

You tell me, I fix it, everything stays inside.

It happens all the time, happens every time.

But things need to change.

Oh, things need to change.

Hear my cry for change.

As my walls come crumbling down,

I look you straight in the eyes

Just as my disguise

Falls away, it falls away.

Now is the time to start it all.

Now is the time to rise not fall.

'Cause I've been waiting.

Waiting for too damn long.

I can do this.

It's time to do this.

Hear my cry.

I wrote pieces of this a while back and I decided to finally put it all together and finish it.
