Don’t stay in the shadow forever

You can’t be afraid of the darkness

That burns you and keeps you apart from

The light that can’t guide you away 

From your sorrow

And into eternity

Don’t think of the emptiness left you

Inside of the night you can’t hide from 

your terror there’s nothing but fire and

Chains made of fear and despair

As you run with

Your feet never moving

Don’t feel the dead cold that surrounds you

And turns you to ice like the ghost of

A nightmare you can’t die forever

But hope’s left you drowning in hate

For what’s lost 

to the wandering silence 

Don’t breathe but that won’t be a problem

The air cannot reach you you’ll die without

reaching the morning so mourn but 

your tears they won’t kill you you’ll live 

Never loving just 

Trapped in your pain

Be silent the noise makes no difference

And only your soul feels your torture 

yet still your heart’s broken it’s bleeding 

And weeping with longing for more

But how can we survive if 

Our spirit belongs in the grave?
