Wish I knew;

I could’ve helped you out.

If only I knew;

We could’ve figured it out.

I should’ve known what you were going through.

You never knew your worth.

Your head was full of doubts

Oh, I’m sorry now.

Breaking down, knees hit the ground, then I heard that dreaded sound

I’ve thought it over now,

and I gotta say goodbye,

but I don’t know how.

My best friend, a companion, a lover, a fighter , and a damn good human.

I could’ve saved you;

If only I knew.

Wish I knew;

I could’ve helped you out.

If only I knew;

We could’ve figured things out

You left me alone with no one to hold.

You left me broken;

I’m feeling so cold.

Wrote a letter to me making sure your story gets told.

But the pain I feel is outta control.

When I heard the gunshot,

Everything turned to slow-no

I Watched you bleed.

It breaks my soul,

To watch you leave.

You left, when you were the only thing that I’d ever need.

Please come back to me.

Wish I knew;

I could’ve helped you out.

If only I knew;

We could’ve figured it out.

What happens when the hand you were delt is the reason you fold.

No. No. No.

I still need you;

Things are bad this time.

And everytime I close my eyes, I see you.

You made the decision for the both of us.

You left me, but I would never leave you,

Could’ve told me anything; had that type of love- that type of trust,

But now you’re body fades away to dust,and all those memories went bust.

Sometimes

I walk to your grave site

I could scream; I could shout.

in the afterlife I’ve stayed by your side

But what good does it do? You’re gone now.

Wish I knew;

I could’ve helped you out.

If only I knew;

We could’ve figured it out.
