Haiku Medley

The old willow tree
Its sad branches wave goodbye
Leaves slowly turn brown

The water ripples
Wishing me a soft hello
Its coolness calms me

As I look outside
see groves of honeysuckle
The scent is so sweet

I lay in the grass
Stare up at the blue sky
And I fall asleep

The bees buzz softly
As I dream of winter's gloom
I never wake up

Sometimes it just ends
Life we thought we knew so well
But there is still hope
